Apple 10.9.3 breaks multi display output

Apple's 10.9.3 update reduces the ability of the Mac Pro to output only two DVI displays. This is a known software issue that Apple knew about in the beta stage, but did not fix. This update may also affect MacBook Pro's, disabling the Display Port output.
