BPM Sync - What's your Workflow?

Hello everyone,

first post! So here's my question:

- What is your workflow to make use of Resolumes BPM Sync feature?
- Do you guys generally produce all clips at the same BPM, and if so, what do you find to be the best default (i.e. for Techno which may range from 100 to 130 BPM?)
- Is there any kind of marker format that i can set in After Effects or Premiere that will carry over to Resolume (e.g. I set Markers in AE and they become Cue Points in Resolume?)

I'm on Resolume Arena 4.1.10 and AE / Premiere Pro CS 6 for Windows.

Any Pointers would be much appreciated!

Own content 120bmp - 2 beats per second is easy on the timeline.
Source clips with audio I run through Virtual DJ to get the BPM.
Always add BMP to the filename although wishing I'd done the maths and added the beat count instead.
Load in Resolume set the number of beats and tap in the BPM regular like.
