Light Jockey Fixture Profile

Post by DayVeeJay »

Does anyone have a LJ fixture profile for Arena that they'd be willing to share? Thanks

I'd take a look at MPC as its free and works with the light jockey boxes.

Thanks. The link I posted is actually for MPC.

What's your overall opinion of MPC and how does it compare with LJ?

MPC is actually respectable compared to LJ when it comes to handling things like an actual professional lighting program. It does alot of things different for the sake of being different(Similar to Avolite consoles) but no one should be hesitating from moving to MPC, hell it even has an official touchosc app that works.

Its M1 console is crazy affordable as well, so you have a path to grow to.

I was eyeballing Entecc Lightfactory because the price of the wings are reasonable. The playback wing for MPC is a bit higher than I was hoping but you've sparked my curiosity for it once again.

Sorry Chamsys, but $3,000 usd for a used even a used MaxiWing is a bit much.
