no files will load

i have been using version 2 for a week and all of a sudden no files will load. i tried reinstalling resolume and deleting preview files, but this does not help. it will not even show me previews. nothing has changed about any settings.

what kind of files are your trying to play? and what codec are you using?

avi's with cinepek mostly. i have been using resolume 1.51 for over a year with these files, resolume 1.51 still works fine, but i'm really excited about version 2.

no effects load either, it is like the whole program is frozen. i haven't added any plug-ins lately.

hmm ... try uninstalling AND delete-ing the "c:program filesresolume-2-0-beta" folder and then re-installing.

this works, but i have already had to reload iit again after i fixed it. seems like a pronlem with my system. thanks for your help. resolume is awesome, perfect for the way i work. i have used resolume live for many hours and never had it fail on me. i have used most of the vj software available and i think resolume is the best.

if it happens again you can try just deleting the files in the preview folder and the preferences files (prefsuser.fff and shorts.fff) let us know if that helpes or not

Hi,it seems that i have the same problem as bryan but iÂ´ve tried to reinstal both program and mivie files, deleting folder or *.fff files but no change...no files visible in resolume...have you got any tips/tricks left?
