DirtyJohn_lv, you use 2 GTX780 for more outputs only or it give higher fps?
What codec you usually use? DXV? If use photo jpeg codec on your system can it give 60 fps 1920x1080 with 3 layers?
And what you mean normal WS? Motherboard?
And I have one question about VisionSDI2, what delay with this card? I'm very often use live video from camera in the different events on the stage and going to buy this card now. Thanks in advance.

Use them just for more outputs. Really can't get higher FPS unless your content/monitors support it.
Card 1 is control screen, 2 LED screens and Tricaster feed.
Card 2 is 2 more LED screens

Almost always use DXV live shows. Normally use PhotoJPEG if a client for a corporate event provides content last minute. Normally lose about 10fps for each layer of PhotoJPEG, altough I don't use it enough to be sure on exact numbers.

X79WS comes with 6 PCIE slots, X79WS-E comes with 7. The extra slot on the E is completely useless if you use a video card that takes up 2 slots

For the SDI2 I get about 2-3 frame delay. No direct support in Resolume, just works as a DirectShow capture device. I imagine once they add support for the Datapath stuff this will improve a lot. Main reason I switched from Black Magic is the higher data rates.
