I would like to know what is the best configuration material(equipment) to have the possibility of throwing(planning) on a screen, 32 layers different. Plan below
I haven´t heard of anyone here on this forum that was able to run 32 full HD layers.
Search the forums for Benchmarks and you will get an idea of how many full hd layers people is getting to work, according to their hardware.
Me? If I can run up to 5 layers with my system, I am in heaven.
since you will not be able to run 32 fullhd layers to position the content, I suggest you make your comp 256x270
(that is the size in pixels of one square if there are no gaps between)
scale down the layers, and route layers to slices, then position them accordingly. to the 2k output.

The dL8 can connect to 8 @ X4s so if you have the funds, you could easily breakdown a 4K image into 32 smaller screens. Each of the X4 can do onboard scaling and could output 4 @ 1920x1080 images.
Datapath just released a new screen management interface that would help you plan your installation:
I don't think that he meant that the wants to map 32x FULL HD on every square. 1920x1080 is the resolution of the whole screen. Delivered from a Christie L2K1500 projector.
Actually in the whole screen, there is 32 layers. yes it is exact RavenSC and Cosmowe !
Now I look has knowledge what card(map) mother and graphics board for this installation?
and I forgot...
resize your media files roughly to the actual resolution they will appear on the screen, so save hard drive bandwidth.
I tried on my laptop AMD HD 7670m video card, the benchmark composition resized to 800x600 plays 20 layers of the hd files, but when triggering the column fps drops to 4 for 10 seconds.
So fps vise smaller size comp is better for continuos fps, and for the hdd smaler files are better.
