Hi everybody,
I would like to know if the problem is already solved with Resolume after updating to Yosemite?
Cheers,

Re: resolume and yosemite
Resolume works fine on Yosemite.
The only known issue is that Resolume will not start if you have the new Dictation feature enabled. This will be fixed on the upcoming 4.2 release. For now, if you have this problem, you can simply disable Dictation via System Preferences.

Re: resolume and yosemite
I've been using Resolume on Yosemite from the beginning (even during the Yosemite beta) and I confirm that it runs great.

It works fine, but after Yosemite update the 3 layer blending options (add, multiply...) has dissapeared. Any idea about how to bring them back?
**EDITED** I've reinstalled Arena and now it works fine.

I was going to suggest you reinstall Arena so I'm glad that worked out for you.
One thing to keep in mind if it happens again is that under Preferences>Video, there is an option to disable/enable effect & blend modes so make sure it's unchecked:
