I am not sure whether this is what you have in mind, but with Windows it is possible to transmit a Spout texture from Resolume via wireless with TCP/IP using "TCPSpout".

It takes a bit to set it up and you need an efficient wireless setup, but it works quite well. This also enables transmission from a Windows machine to a Mac using TCPSyphon on the Mac side because they share the same communication protocol.

I just tried it here with server/client on the same machine and it works OK.

If you see the TCPSyphon server in the Client, then it will have a name.

If you are using Arena 5.0.0 or 5.0.1 you should see that name listed in the "Sources - Spout" tab at right. Drag that to an empty cell and it should work. Otherwise try the Spout Demo Receiver. It should list the TCPSyphon server and receive it OK.

For testing, I suggest that you try a setup on the same machine just as I have done. You need Bonjour installed as the instructions say. Start a Spout sender, the demo one will do, and then the TCPSpout server, then the TCPSpoutCiient and check if the server shows up in the client, Then see if that shows up as a source in Resolume.
