New macbook pro or imac5K ?

Hello everyone,

I have to make a decision between buying last macbookpro full option or I7 32GB imac 5K.
Besides that one is more portable than the other, I'd like your opinion on the stability of the two machines with Areana.

The 5K retina iMac seems like a great option especially if the main drive is SSD and you can add the following options:

• 4.0GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 4.4GHz
  AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4GB GDDR5 [a MUST!]

The only two disadvantages I see are:

• the bulk but there are many cases available out there to make moving it around easier
  it only has two thunderbolt 2 outputs and no direct HDMI but with the 4GB GPU I'm confident you could easily drive plenty of outputs using external processors

I know that Win is cheaper but at stability and well I'm doing the heavy experience at a live event or just planted and that several times.
A difference on the mac I have never had any problems!

I leaned also on the 5K and recess of the SSD, and on the trips I thought at first take a thunderbolt hub to add a 3rd exit.
in July I have an event or I'll couple (1 mac book PRO15 retina Imac + 5K) + millumine & Arena and 6 VP optoma X600

It is necessary that it works ... I did not want to play poker on the windows.

I finally bought the IMAC5K ....! It works very well! it's what I expected ...
Below install ...: IMAC5K / Resolume + millumine 6VP 6K + 6 layers 37 FPS
