PlzHelp! GoPro Hero 4 Issue (See no output) Using Magewell b

Hi all,

I am having the following issue:

I see no output from my GoPro Hero 4 when I have it connected to Resolume Arena 4. My signal path is as follows:

Laptop->USB 3.0 cable->Magewell USB to HDMI Capture Box->HDMI cable from magewell to MicroHDMI into GoPro Hero 4.

My Resolume recognizes my magewell box as a source and ive been able to use this magewell with another SDI camera previously on same setup.

Q:Am I missing something super basic? Does the GoPro need to be in a special mode? Is there a Resolume setting I might need to tweak? Thanks I have a show in a few hours...trying to get this to work so I can mix audience shots in with LED wall. Cheers!

I have looked this topic up all over forums and haven't found anyone in a situation like this also no one was using a gopro hero 4. Thanks I love u all...!

Make sure you've got the right resolution and refresh rate for your go pro in Resolume.
