Where did all my HDD space go?

So i got a 500 SSD and I just noticed I should have more space than it says. I have disk cleaned and defraged.
You can see when I go to Users file (just me btw) that 223GB's is being used

: User file 223GB used

When I go into the folder there's only about 10GB's used as you can see by the file size of the other folders. (the ones hidden either don't show me the file size or they are only a couple MB's

: Ryan folder only 9.72 GB

: Public 529MB

: dub_cm_auto 3.55 MB

There's clearly space missing! No idea where it's gone. please help!

Windows 10 hasn't been reporting proper folder sizes for me at all.

My user folder is 8GB, but My Documents is 7GB and the AppData folder is 3GB. Maybe that's a new "feature". The files inside My Document only add up to 6GB for me.

What does the General tab of the C drive say you have for space?

You should use a free tool called windirstat. It shows you what files are using up your space.

wow this works great thank you! stupid Adobe had 2,000 + files in the Cache

cleared up over 100GB

Its always a good idea to use an external HDD as a cache drive.
