effect preset does not reload if active

so,
create and save an effect preset, now load it to a clip,
modify any setting of the effect,
now select that same preset from the drop down list, a green circle shows it is still selected.
the preset settings are not reloaded.
if you reset the settings to default, then selecting the preset form the dropdown loads the preset settings.

the other thing about the green circle, it could change color, if the preset is loaded and changed, or could disappear, but keeping Save PresetName, showing the user that the preset has changed from the saved state.

Yeah, the preset system can be improved.

It would for instance be great if changing and re-saving a preset in one place would then also update the effect in all places where the preset is used.
