Will it be enough to run ARENA 5.0 smoothly?

Processor Intel® Core™ i5-6200U with Intel® HD Graphics 520 (2.3 GHz, up to 2.8 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
Memory 6 GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 2 GB, 1 x 4 GB)
Internal drive 128 GB M.2 SSD
Display 33.8 cm (13.3") diagonal FHD IPS WLED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080)
Graphics Intel® HD Graphics 520

You might be able to run Arena 5 smoothly with a low def composition on a couple layers but that's about all you can expect to achieve with this type of laptop with an integrated GPU and one HDMI output.

You can search this forum for what kind of entry level computer will serve you right but you'll probably want one a dedicated GPU with at least 2GB of VRAM. To put things in perspective, this laptop is cheaper than one of the GPU cards I put in media servers!
