Having the exact same issue over here - ArtNet output works fine on Windows, but I get nothing on OSX.
I'm dual-booting a MacBook Pro (Win7 / OSX 10.8), and using Luminet Monitor to sniff the output. Everything works fine on the Windows side, but nothing shows up on OSX. ArtNet output works fine on OSX with MadMapper on the same machine. Using wired ethernet for all connections, no adapters.

No Lumiverse Artnet output on Mac (works on PC)
Re: No Lumiverse Artnet output on Mac (works on PC)
Well, this is mighty strange. I'm testing Artnet on MacOSX as we speak.
On the sending side I have Arena 5.0.1, on a 2013 Mac Pro running OSX 10.11.1.
On the receiving side, I'm using an Enttec ODE set to Universe 0 to connect to a 16 pixel RGB LED bar.
The ODE and the Mac Pro are both connected to a router.
I open the advanced output. I create a fixture for a 16 pixel RGB strip. This automatically creates a Lumiverse. I then open the DMX Preferences and create an ArtNet output for Universe 0, subnet 0.
At this moment, my Enttec ODE starts flashing and the LED bar starts showing pixel output. Funnily enough, any Arena computers on the network that accidentally have Artnet *input* enabled on Universe 0 now start responding as well, and my colleagues get very angry.
To be honest, I'm not sure what could be different about your setups, or what we would need to do different to make it work for them.

Reason: It's a 2013 Mac Pro, not 2015. Those don't exist, Joris

I'll keep testing on my end - I have no plans to upgrade my OS at the moment, but I'll find a friend with a more recent version of OSX to test with. I'll also see if I can borrow an Enttec unit - though I doubt that's related, since Luminet should see the output regardless of the destination. Thanks for looking into it, I'll check back if I find out more.

Good news! ...for the most part.
In the spirit of trying everything, I swapped out my network router, and plugged in a different one. My thought was that perhaps my network configuration (I use DHCP reservations for each computer on my network) was the source of the trouble somehow.
After plugging into a new router with vanilla settings, BOOM, everything started working. Hooray! I then went to plug back into the original router and start troubleshooting the source of the original issue.
Only, when I plugged back into the original router, everything continued to work fine. It was as though there had never been a problem. I'm happy that ArtNet now works - but I have no idea why the problem started, no way to reproduce it, and no idea if it will ever come back.
It's worth noting that by this point I had experienced the original problem (ArtNet worked with MadMapper, but not Resolume) on 2 different physical computers, both running OSX. After the router swap and swap-back, everything now works on all computers.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
