Spin/rotation effect

Post by medialightnyc »

I cant seem to find an effect to rotate/spin the clip. I want to be able to spin the clip on the Z axis continuously in either direction and control the rate. Am I missing the effect or does it not exist?. I looked through all the effects repeatedly but couldn't find it.

Hi! Almost every time I use Resolume, I wish to have "rotate" as an effect, to be able to quicly turn it on and off, rather than using the slow way of editing the Transform dropdown menus.

Of course, it's possible to create two clips of the same file, where one is rotating and one is not. But is there an easier way around this?

Also, if I have two different versions (clips with different effects/transforms) of the same file in the layers zone, they are still called the same and look exactly the same, so when I end up doing this a lot, I will be easily mixed up with the different versions.

So - any hints? :) Thanks!
