Presets for attributes when set to timeline

Post by Empyfree »

Would be great to be able to create and save presets for commonly used setting on clips.

For example. I often set a corporate logo "wobbling" by adding in small amounts of movement on the rotational axis. Each time I add a new logo I have to go through each attributr( x,y and z rotation) and turn on "timeline" mode, then set the end stops to the correct levels and also turn up the "easing". I'd love to be able to save all these settings and be able to apply them to a new clip.

You can create a de-facto preset by copying the clip with the settings you like and change the artwork in the clip. To change the artwork and retain the settings, just drop the new artwork (pic or movie) on the media in the video section of your clip (not on the clip itself) see picture below:

I knew there would be a workaround! Cheers Oaktown.
