Multiple audio inputs

I have an audio interface with multiple inputs (Musonik TS88MT x2, 16 i/o) I would like to map a video onto, for example a bass drum, and have the bass drum's mike trigger the effects, then a line from the bass triggering another video mapped to the bass amp, etc. How can I get Resolume to accept more than one audio input?

It's a super easy simple kick ass audio visualizer program
that accepts multiple inputs and can map effects to them.

It also uses Syphon or Spout, so pump it out to Resolume.
