One more thing is.
Relay mode is working but has a little delay and frame freezing, nonlinear.
with no relay mode I could only operate with columns but has no delay. Do you think SMPTE will solve this problem. And how it will work(SMTE) with audio files in same column with video?

is bundles switched on in resolume?
are the ports set up correctly?
In Controller, Program settings the listen port is what master resolume should send to, and the client ports should be the same as resolume input ports.
Controller listen port shouldn't be the same as the resolume input port on the same machine, or it will create a feedback loop on itself.
You don't necessarily need to send back OSC from the slave machines to the program, so it would not need to process and drop the packets. (set connection check interval to 0 in this case)

so for example
Controller listen port on 7001,
client 1/ master at 7000 - resolume input port at 7000, output port at 7001
client 2 at 7000 - resolume input port at 7000, (output port at 7001)
and so on.

you could, by opening the master composition, but that would not solve handling the faders.

I don't think you can sync audio files to SMPTE in resolume.
but they would play fine in the same column,
also keep in mind that SMPTE wouldn't launch any clips, just sync play them.
(You could also use an SMPTE audio file played in resolume to sync the slave videos, and if you loop it back to the SMPTE input then the master video file too.)

Try column triggering from the master arena with Relay Mode,
it seems that the clip trigger message is sent twice by resolume and thus a clip is started twice on the slave which could cause the delay you are experiencing.
I'm testing now on my laptop with r5 and r4 running side-by side and column triggering has no noticeable delay, clip triggering has about 0.3 seconds.

edit: also if you are on mac, osx has a tendency to send apps to sleep which are not in foreground(ie visible), so make sure you don't minimize the Controller window.
