Output Monitor shows bigger size than Preview

I'm using Arena 5 and I've encountered a weird problem. When I pre-preview my video on the preview monitor, the video is the right size

However, when I output the video, it becomes super huge.

Can someone please help me?

Your content is just far too big for your comp.

Either change your comp settings to match the resolution of your content, or scale down your content to fit in your comp.
