ShowCAD + Resolume

For some reason when I try controlling Arena from a ShowCAD machine over Artnet, ShowCAD will only recognize the broadcast address of the Arena machine.

Arena server network port #1 > Pixel Tape controller (direct connection)
Arena server network port #2 > 8 port unmanaged switch > ShowCAD

ShowCAD sees the port #1 address for some reason. And can't control Arena.
I can manually add port #2 and it works, but stupid ShowCAD reverts the address back to 0.0.0.0 on restart

Tried emailing the ShowCAD guys about the issue, but they are extremely slow to get back (if they ever do get back about the issue)

Could we maybe get a way to assign the broadcast/receive address if we have more than one port?

which arena version are you running?
what are the IP setting for the ports?
are the ports bridged?

Arena 5+, haven't checked to see how it responds with v4

Port #1: 2.173.198.10, subnet 255.0.0.0
Port #2: 2.10.10.5, subnet 255.0.0.0

Ports are not bridged

I'm pretty sure the issue is with showcad, i just want to be sure
