can't load a .mov file into a clip

Hello,
being a novice on Resolume I'm facing a real problem. I have installed Resolume Arena on my desktop and everything works fine. Now we have to do a show and I prefer to run this from my laptop (I7 with W10/64).
Trying to load a .mov file is not working. Same file as i'm using on my desktop.
logbook says Opening file source failed: No reason found D:\katherina.mov

with Quicktime i can play this file without any problem. The file is made using MPEG streamclip.

What is happening?
