for example 0-255 on the cyan channel is 0%to 100% cyan wheel.
isn't that what the fixture is doing?
so 0,0,0 cmy should be white as all the color wheels are at 0%.

I know my issue now.
When at black the CMY values sit at 255. I am using art net merged with HTP. Which means the highest values take over. I am merged with a lighting console, so there is no way for him to grab this light when I am sitting on black.
Still trying to figure out how to get this to work so we can both control these lights.

Take a look at this unit: http://www.elmvideotechnology.com/store ... er-dmg-2x1 which would do the trick for you when set to LTP mode.

unless you switch off the dmx output in resolume that unit won't solve your problem. Ltp is last takes priority, the unit has a LoTP which is lower takes priority, but that won't work either, because resolume sends the dmx packets continuously az 25 fps with empty channels also at 0 value. so 0 channels would take over pan tilt and other functions from resolume in LoTP, and all the channels in LTP.
( the console will send dmx on change and regularly at a few seconds.)
edit2: thinking of it there has to be some buffering going on, so LTP could work after all, but the value would jump.

if you could go to white with your color channels, for example with a white solid, that would set the cmy channels to 0, so the htp merging could work.
edit: or if you'd patch white with L fixtures to the empty lumiverse channels, then you could switch to LoTP in the console.

LTP works, but I have to touch every color channel to get proper control back with the console. Which makes for example, going to red, not red at first with CMY.
I have Elation enodes for the merge. I am going into a FullHog4 via artnet then having my parameters come out of the console to the enode.
I could just switch off the Lumiverse during the show, but that too still sends 255 values when disabled. I have to delete the patch to make it stop sending the 255 values.
Sending white works on HTP, but then I would be sending white to all the lights.

I just stepped out for my vacation finally. I will have to revisit this when I get back in a week.
I am open to suggestions if anyone has a remedy for my situation.
Thanks guys.
