Hello
For Windows 10.
Resolume Avenue 4.6.2 works perfectly on my main Windows account.
For the VJ part, I created a specific account. The program works well except that the output is in the form of juxtaposed triangles.
As it is the same computer and I just installed Windows from scratch on a 2TB SSD, I do not understand the problem.
Thank you for your help.

Re: Output in the shape of triangles...
Do you have any Video Effects in your Layer 1?
Re: Output in the shape of triangles...
Also, there are no blend modes on the layer, which is an indication that this is not a completely vanilla install. This triangle shape looks suspiciously like the TriangleMX plugin.

Thanks !
I have installed Resolum in my main account.
I have created a new account in Windows.
I Loged on this account, and I get this result with all the compositions (including the Example one).
I will try to reinstall Avenue on this account, but I am afraid to get the same result in my other account because it is on the same computer and SSD Drive...
I wil try after my next VJ Set this Weekend.
Re: Output in the shape of triangles...
If you want to use this account as the main account for using Resolume, it's best to do a regular Resolume install on this account. This will make sure you have the correct settings in your user Document folders, and can load all the required assets.
Using Resolume between multiple accounts is possible, but you need to make sure you are also sharing the user documents between these accounts. User documents include things like compositions, 3rd party effects, preferences, presets and such. If you don't do this, you can get into weird situations like the one you are in now.

Thanks Joris
I just reinstall Resolume from this account and the problem is the same. The other account is still working fine.
Very Strange.
I will try to uninstall and reinstall and I will give you information.

Desinstalling Resolume
Resinstalling in the new account.
Still the same problem.
The old account still works fine after this resintallation.
I change the type of the account from standard to administrator, with no result.
I have removed an additionnal plugin directory and everything works.
I have just after moved the additional plugin directory in the same location in the plugin directory and everything is still working fine.
Thanks for you help. It is quite strange, but my main goal was to be abble to use a light account (without additionnal Tools, just for live performances).
