Crashes, lags, ultra shitty playback.

So we buy resolume arena for in house installation, due to mapping functions, to high performance server.
But have several problems:
*out of memory warning (32gb ddr4).
*Ultra low FPS with 720p project with several shaders (i7 6700, gti 980)
*crashes when usb midi device plug in
*Crashes when external hdd (without clips) plugged out. ( Windows usb drivers?)

Pre recorded video for 6 projectors. Dxv
To compare in Touchdesigner generation of this video at this computer in real-time and mapping works smoothly.
(Is this ok to resolume?)

Yikes. That doesn't sound good at all.

For support with crashes, it's best to contact us directly with your log file. You can do this via the feedback tab found in the preferences.

I have a simliar setup with great playback. Contact the developer through the support link. Could be something with your configuration.
