I have had Midi clock in set in Resolume for a long time. Seems as in Resolume 5.1.3, if the Midi clock in is set but my external program Virtual DJ is not playing so there is no midi clock signal, my BPM clips won't play.
Previously the Resolume beat indicator to the left of BPM value, would cycle normally on the rate of the last saved BPM. Now it is just stopped without a midi signal (doing show prep). So my BPM clips never start.
Maybe this is intended behavior, but it has not worked this way in previous versions.
5.1.3 Midi w/ clock active & no signal, stops BPM clip playback
Re: 5.1.3 Midi w/ clock active & no signal, stops BPM clip playback
When you set the Midi clock to "start/stop", you're telling Resolume to stop the BPM clock when you receive a stop signal from the master clock.
If you want Resolume to continue on its own after you've stopped the master clock, set the mode to "Switch to manual on stop"

What happens when the Midi Clock never starts? Before 5.1.3 when Midi clock never started, I could playback BPM clips.
Perhaps the "start/switch to manual stop" is what I had it set to. If Midi never starts, the beat counter runs all the time with that setting.
Man those settings being erased on uninstall is killing me. I think this is the last issue now.

Yeah, we had a talk with the team about it. It's kind of a double edged sword, because quite often people use the uninstaller to completely wipe their Resolume settings and start with a fresh install. And in those cases, it would be weird if it didn't completely wipe your settings.Man those settings being erased on uninstall is killing me.
