Error with Arena 5.1.3

Hallo there !

well i have a question i just dl last reso version and when i run the soft to install it, i have this message : i

c:/program files (x86)quicktime/qtsystem/dxvwindows.qtx)
an error just happened with your already existing file's shift. delete file failed, code 5 , refused acces ..

mmh does that means that i should uninstal previous resolume version before trying to install the new one ?

try to run the installer as Administrator, and/or rename the file that can't be overwritten manually.

It looks like it just has problems deleting the previous version of the DXV codec. We haven't updated the codec, so it should be safe to ignore.

We'll take a look if we can make that error go away. Which version of Windows are you running?

i experience the same error message with windows 10 home - ignoring it seems to work for me

Alos had the error on my win10 maschine and successfully ignored it.
