Ideal projection height for a (portrait) 1920px wide x 3240px high project

Hi Guys,

the next event has a huge wall, the entire wall is 60' tall by (approx.) 38'. See attachment.

The projection area will be slightly smaller for several reason:

We will use 3 Roadster HD14K M 3 chip DLP with 0.67 lens. The throw will be limited by a wall and is approximatively 25'.
It looks like the size of the projection of each projector is : height 246" x width 440"
The client has provided the Christies through cineplex contacts (they have very low budget) and they ask me if I can use scissor lift as platform for the projectors.

I would it love to follow standard trussing but is actually a good solution if the scissor lift are sturdy (i will check them this week).

Going back to the project, I'm planning to put the 3 projectors image one on top of the other.
Because the client wants to cover as much area as possible I won't edge blend but I'll leave about 1' in between screens.

For the signal I'm planning to create a composition for my DATAPATH Fx 4 (HDMI) 3240 x 1920.

What is the ideal height without going to high, I'd love to avoid scissor lift, but if I'm not mistaken I have to reach about 35/40' for the projection on top.

I'm not sure everything I said is feasible and realistic, especially the scissor lift option.

I'm probably forgetting something but hopefully someone can help me.

Have you noticed that your wall is a highly reflective surface?

you know you can project on walls at an angle, for example from the position you made the photo.
but as Pfelberg pointed out, 'mirrors' don't show projections very well.

oh, and btw throw ratios are calculated measuring from the front lens glass, so be sure to make your calculations based on that.

yes the surface is reflective and the client is aware , I did a quick test with my 6000 lumens (see attachments) and the outcome is ok. Plus in those photos it's daylight , the show is 9:30 and the projection show is at 10:30 and no big lighting will be around. Again I'll use christies HD-14K and some skyjack/scissor lift to rise them.
Would you help me to figure out the ideal height and/or the minimum height.
