Dante Via error Resolume 5.1.4

Hi ,

Sorry for my english, i try to explain my problem!

I start to work with software Dante Via sound card with Resolume Arena 5.0.2 and everythig work properly but i have this message in the Yamaha controller "network audio module failed please restart the console".

I update Resolume 5 to 5.1.2 and Dante Via read my IP but can't read audio from resolume.

Anyone know if Dante Via and Resolume 5.1.2 works?

If I understand right, the Dante Via is an Interface between the Dante network and you r existing sound card, so you can use the sound card as a Dante device.

If you want to get sound from Resolume to the Dante network, I think you need to use the Dante Virtual sound card in Resolume Preferences, which is a different thing.

Sorry i not explain me so much:

I use Dante via network in my computer, before open Resolume i open Dante Via software and Dante network recognize me IP.

In Resolume sound preference i selected DANTE Virtual sound card.

The thing is that if i Open Resolume 5.0.2 i Dante Network works with the error that i wrote before but if i Use Resolume 5.1.4 i can send sound from computer.
