DXV Codec missing from Premiere Pro CC?

Do you see it when you browse to the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTSystem

I get that sometimes.
Sometimes, just reloading Premiere fixes it.
Sometimes, just rebooting the system fixes it.
Sometimes only reinstalling Codec fixes it.
I blame it on Premiere anyway.
