R6 Capture Devices
R6 not seeing Datapath DVI DL and a host of over capture sources, not seeing any Directshow compatible devices either R5 seeing fine (presumably via Directshow)

When installing drivers for datapath cards there is an option for native streaming OR direct show. If you don't install twice only one option works. Caught me in the beta.
Edit:
I believe the direct show issue came when adding datapath native and direct show sources caused crashes. I think somewhere in r11 or 12 the limiting direct show went too far. Since I only had blackmagic, aja and datapath I assumed it was only those.
Unfortunately you didn't install the right drivers for kernel mode and direct show got busted. Vision cards are working, but datapath doesn't make this easy sometimes.
