Something is bugging me....

Ok so there is a feature that occurs in 5 that I am realizing is no longer in 6, its something I use albeit a subtle ability but one that is rather effective.... ok here goes...

In 5, if you put solid color in piano mode, and move the transition slider up like 1/4 way up, I would get a fade in on press and a fade out on release...

In 6, same thing, I get fade in on press, however now i get a cut on release....

I would often times use this in sets that require a dramatic entrance with a solid pulsating to the bass drop, now it is very weird looking with the fade in and then snap cut after...

SOooooo....error or by design??, and if so, how would I be able to re-create it for instance with the envelope method, cuz i am not verse with that at all as yet...

Ok so i tried something with the envelope, and the opacity, now it works but now i would have to now add more clips or steps in my workflow, than before to get this to work, what I tried was 3 point sin in & out envelope on opacity set to BPM sync.

So yeah that doesn't help the on the fly basis that existed before in 5, which makes me having to do wayyy more than i wanted to...
