No Second Display Output (0:0)

Hello,

I'm new with Resolume Arena. For the first time, after while - I configure the extended displays and set advanced output and set the second display so my projector screened the output from Resolume on the wall.
That was last time it works for me.

Now when I open Resolume and extend displays the second Displays show resolution (0/0) and its not possible to project it throught it. Anybody throwing some help or advice?
Friend is having a concert and I would love to support him visually! Thanks!

You don't give any info about your system, I guess you're running it over windows.
Have you changed the UI scaling factor?

Assuming you are using Resolume 4 or 5
your display scaling factor is probably not at 100%.
Setting it to 100% for your displays should make windows report the correct resolution to Resolume.
Resolume 6 will handle this much better.
