Request: Paste Effects for Layers

We use a lot of layer effects over here and it would be awesome if the same functionality for copying/pasting effects on clips worked for layers as well. Thanks for hearing me out!

Works,

but you can copy all the effects of one clip with only one drag and drop instead of one by one,
but doesn't work for a layer
