i am also using the griffin powermate and i do like it a lot. it's small, effective and of course very stylish!
BUT there are alternatives, which might be not as pretty but maybe a little more handy...
check out the CONTOUR SHUTTLES!

unfortunately the shuttle pro is still under construction,
like the uc-16 from evolution combined with a keyboard
