Hi,
Is there in anyway in the new layout of res 6 to send the output, preview and effects panels to a second monitor leaving clips and sources and comp on the main laptop screen?
Cheers,
Craig.
Second monitor
Re: Second monitor
I don't have any hardware to test this out right now but here's my idea. You can join two displays as one big display in your graphics card's control panel. After doing that, you can launch Resolume (try full screen mode in Resolume) and freely adjust the interface on how you want it to look.
Re: Second monitor
Someone posted a screenshot from windows a while ago, where this was possible by just scaling the Resolume window to the second desktop.
Won't work on mac tho.

For PCs:

For Mac:
you could use any adapter that'll break down one display into multiple output such as a Matrox double or triple head, Datapath X4 or FX4, etc..

Re: Second monitor
Actually, this WILL work on Mac, but you have to change a system setting.

Once you've turned this off, you can extend windows across displays.-Max
