akai apc40 set up

This is driving me CRAZY.
I just got an apc40 mk2, and it shows up in midi preferences, but nothing happens when I press any of the apc40 pads.
The apc40 is fine, because it works with ableton live.
I cant figure out why it dosen't work with resolume

You need to map it before you can use it under Shortcuts>Edit MIDI but you're in luck because there is a default map for the APC40 MKII.

I actually stumbled on to the midi editor, but I cant find a default apc map.
where is it?
