Updated Dec26th now it crashes constantly within minutes

Once I have a clip playing if I click thru comps it will invariably crash within a few minutes


Doing it in a 4k comp that was working flawlessly for weeks - then I updated 2 days ago and now I cannot click between one or more comps without it crashing with only 1 4k layer playing
wtf ????
