Capture card via layer router

I’m noticing that capture cards run through layer routers will suddenly take the fps from 60 to 30 and lock it there. Lexy commented on Facebook that he has the same issue with a magewell USB capture card. Mine was happening with a datapath card and aja card. Same effect doesn’t happen when not using layer router.
