Arena & Avenue won't open after install

Hey!

I've just installed the demo of Arena and Avenue but they both won't open at all...
I have already tried this: viewtopic.php?t=9167 but doesn't work.
does someone know how I can fix it?

My System:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.2

We are aware of an issue like this.
Please try logging in with another user, to see if you can start Resolume.
If you can then it's the same as in viewtopic.php?f=12&t=14860
