MidiOx with bomes ?

Hello Resolume people !

This is my first thread and in on recurent question.. sorry..
I speak bad english and google trad is not my friend when its technical.
I read some old thread and I do not know if they are in the actuality ?
I want to use r6 on win10 64 with a Apc40 (mk1?) and bomes.
Do I have to use MidiOx to duplicate my midi signal or can I do it in bomes?

Which version of MidiOx should I use or other software if I can not do without? Maybe in windows ?

What is the purpose of using Bomes with Resolume 6?
If it is to color code your APC40, Resolume 6 does that already, out of the box.

Yes I would like to do that but I am a noob.
I tried r4 with a composition of Vj Coz3r and I still have the file.
I thought it was easier to use but it may be better to do everything alone?
I would like to learn but I do not know how to search to make that..

Let me explain..
I would like the lights to turn on according to the opacity of a layer

and that the button 1 activates the effects of 1 to 8, the 2 of 9 to 16, the 3 as the 1 but just on the layer 1 ...

I would also like to know if I can choose the color (green, yellow or red) of my different buttons?

V6 will have midi output colors for different states of each clip (such as connected, disconnected, preview, etc.) but it won't turn on different buttons depending on the opacity of the layer. That is going to take some extensive programming, so yes, Bomes or TD is what you'll need.

You'll want to open Bomes first, and connect the apc into the input of Bomes, then have bomes output to a virtual Bomes output (included with Bomes). Next, you'll want to setup a virtual input on Bomes. Then you'll want to open Resolume and use the virtual Bomes output as your input. Then output Resolume to the virtual Bomes input.
Now go back into Bomes and connect Resolume out into the virtual Bomes input.
