Controlling R6 with OSC sent from Ableton Live or Bitwig

I'm looking for the best way to control Resolume 6 with OSC messages sent from Ableton Live or Bitwig.
I'd like to launch clips, control opacity, effects parameters, etc.

The Livegrabber Max for Live devices do a good job for this in Ableton Live. You can control Opacity and effects parameters with the voidgrabber device and launch clips with the singlenotegrabber device.
Do you know any alternatives?
I tried the OOEEVV Abl-Resolume plug, but couldn't get it working. I think it was written for Resolume 5, and Resolume 6 uses a different synthax of OSC messages.
