Web Cam can't change input resolution

how to fix this bug? I cant change resolution to Logitech BRIO 4K camera or c900 or 925. it just 640 x 480 and when i go to clip Pin properties it pops out window saying: error connecting: this format is not currently available. Any format, even the same or lower! All other app can change settings easy.

Would be awesome to get some help with this.
Cant control the Brio 4K resolutions and it doesn't output the wide angle view that is seen from the webcam control by logitech.
Running macOs Sierra.

We are aware of the issue and we already ran a couple of tests ourselves. Seems to be happening across the board and we already have a ticket running.

It seems to be working on my arena 6 macOS High Sierra. But it doesn't on windows 10... Any suggestions?
I really need this to work on my Windows machine.

Can it has anything to do with the fact that the High Sierra system also has TB3 (ie USB 3.1 gen2) and the windows system is just usb 3?
