Arena 6 wont open

Just updated to arena 6.0.5 and now resolume wont open. Tried downgrading to previous versions of 6 but now none of the versions will open? Do I need to downgrade back to 5?

Have you tried doing a complete uninstall and clean install of 6.0.5?

@oaktown We're suddenly seeing this same issue here. We open the app - then it locks up. We are seeing this behavior on 3x separate machines, all with clean installs of both OS and Resolume.

Is there some sort of back log that's causing this? Multiple versions of V6 have the same behavior too. Currently - we can't get past the "Arena 6" welcome screen, that's it.

We had one machine running about a month ago just fine, just booted it up this weekend, and this issue began. Now all of our machines - even with clean OS installs - is doing this.

Do you have Teamviewer installed on these machines?
Please send us the Resolume log file.
it's in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Resolume Arena
