Get art net signal but do not can trigger clips or columns

Hello friends,

So i connect our grandma 2 onpc with our Mac with resolume arena 6.
In the preferences on the DMX tab i got a Artnet signal.

So if i go to the dmx shortcut edit mode. I right click on the column and click create DMX shortcut.

It it is the first so it is on the channel 1.
I select for this shortcut "this column".

I searched many on the Internet, but I do not find a way that this will work.

What i have made false?
Please fast reply.

This problem was resolved by matching the Subnet and Universe to what was actually being sent from GMA2onPC.
