keyboard not responding

newest update (the one form today)/windows 10/asus laptop..
but this has been a problem for a while.

none of the keyboard shortcuts work, home, shift, ctrl...nothing..

any ideas to why?

Do the modifier key shortcuts work in other applications?

What do you mean by modifier keys?

Control, shift, alt are modifier keys.

For example, does control+A work on your desktop to select all icons?
Does it work in Resolume to select all clips?

my modifiers work in windows.

in resolume, only half work, cntrl and shift work, but not home, page up/down...

We'd need some more information about this issue.
What are you expecting these to do in Resolume that doesn't work?

Are you trying to map these to a keyboard Shorctut preset?

well im not mapping them to specfic keys, i just assumed that presing the home key would take me back the first layer, is that not a feature?
