DXV3 is gone after updating to newest Adobe 2018 CC

Windows 10 also updated so not sure if it is windows or the adobe update, can someone else confirm?

I checked if the codec is installed and it is, in the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTSystem

I also reinstalled Quicktime and DXV3.

In adobe media encoder most of my Quicktime codecs are missing

Thank you. I just also installed Adobe Media Encoder 2017 and its back... Thank you for the update.
