I can not drop an effect on the dashboard and even if I go to the Example page my APC40 MKII is turning the knobs but nothing is happening. I tried to utilize the dashboard using a mouse and the same thing happened ( I cant even drop an effect on the Link) . I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted multiple times and I have tried every MIDI setting in the preferences.
I have a gig tonight. If I can not access these then I am done for. No show! Please help!

You can't drop effects to the dashboard knobs, however you can drop the effect's parameters by dragging the parameter name to the dial with the mouse.
