I formatted computer, I reinstall Arena 6.0.7, it's all ok but I don't see the waves audio form...
So I have to activate some flag?

Thanks for letting us know.
It's possibly related to the app hang when you try to exit loading such files. Looks like the audio analyzer thread doesn't finish properly, and thus the waveform is not created either.
The hang will be fixed in the next release, looks like the waveform display is also fixed along with that.
