Magewell Resolution Issue

Hey all,

I've just purchased a Magwell HDMI USB Capture Card as an alternative to my Intensity Shuttle. It works great out of the box, plug and play. However - my receiving computer is only getting what appears to be 720p. I'm sending the video output of a R6 composition on a Macbook Pro to my Windows server.

The signal flow is:

Macbook Pro - Thunderbolt to Displayport adapter - Displayport to HDMI adapter - HDMI to Magewell - USB3 into server.

My mac detects the output as 1920x1200, so I am not sure why this is happening.

I've also made sure that I am connected to a USB3 port on my server. Please see attached picture.

Could you post a screen shot of the receiving computer without the advanced output window opened? and selecting the input clip/device, so we can see what the device is showing up as in the clip editor.
and could you post a picture of the sending computers advanced output window opened and on the output tab?
