AJA Kona LHi capture card

I am having a conflict with 2x AJA capture cards and Resolume 6. This card has HDMI and Component outputs which are direct feeds of the selected input source. I can preview a source in the AJA Control Room software and also have the source available on both the HDMI and component outputs for previewing and additional routing. After closing AJA Control Room as soon as Resolume is started, it seizes control of the AJA card and kills the HDMI and component outputs. i would really like the AJA implementation in Resolume to not kill the cards direct loop outputs.

Hey, I’m not a developer but have abunch of these cards. Resolume, adobe and other programs I assume(which I haven’t used) have this behaviour. This is how Aja has set up their cards. Only one program can have control.

Yes i am aware the card can only be controlled by one app at a time but Resolume only provides the basic settings for the input side of the card. The basic default in the AJA control panel is to pass the selected input out to all outputs and functions this way when Resolume is not running. Im unsure if the issue is because the AJA SDK that Resolume is using is shutting off the outputs or if the operating mode of the capture card is not allowing the input to pass thru.

Further testing has shown that these cards are only capable of input capture as an input into Resolume or playback output as an output in advanced outputs in Resolume as the Kona LHi is not full duplex.
As previously stated the default capture mode on these cards when using AJA control room software, passes the selected input to all outputs for monitoring but Resolume blacks out all the output ports when it takes over control of the card with its internal SDK control.
Is this behavior something that we can look at changing when Resolume is using the card as an input source as is thus in capture mode?
